Photos are used only for generating your video, automated checks (subject/framing analysis) and touch-up. We do not use them for AI training or promotion. Photos that need it (seated, face-only, multiple people, screenshots) are automatically redrawn as a full-body version and sent to Google and Replicate for that purpose. You can revert to the original. To generate your video and run checks, photos are transmitted to our processors below.
Photos of children under 14 are processed only with parental consent, confirmed by the consent box at checkout.

By uploading and paying, you consent to these transfers, which are required to provide the Service.
You may request access to or deletion of your photos and data at any time via the contact on the service page. We act without undue delay.
Uploads are reachable only via unguessable random URLs; server access is restricted to the operator. We never store card numbers; we keep only payment approval records for 5 years. Toss Payments handles card payments and Polar handles international checkout.
