My Dancing Avatar ("the Service") generates a short AI dance video from one photo you upload. Results are AI-generated: the same photo and dance can produce different results each time, and quality varies with the photo (framing, lighting, pose). By paying, you accept this characteristic. Payments are processed by Toss Payments (card) or, if you choose international checkout, by Polar Software Inc. as Merchant of Record. Each video is paid per order; there are no prepaid credits or carried-over balances.
Videos are delivered without audio. When available, we show the sound name and start time. You add the sound yourself from the platform's licensed music library (Reels/Shorts/TikTok).
Videos are usually delivered within about 5 minutes of payment. If we cannot deliver within 24 hours of payment, we refund in full.
① If generation fails (including our quality checks), we retry once automatically. If it fails again, your payment is refunded in full. If the automatic refund fails, we refund manually within 24 hours.
② Production starts right after payment, so cancellation after payment is not available.
③ Once a video has been successfully generated and delivered, it is digital content that has been fully provided. Change-of-mind refunds are not available. We disclose this before payment.
④ We show check results and warnings before payment. If you proceed, quality differences from those inputs are not refundable. Taste or satisfaction differences in AI output are not grounds for a refund, except failures under ①.
① You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to any photo you upload — it is your own, or you have the subject's/rights-holder's permission. You must explicitly agree to this warranty by ticking the consent box when you order. Photos of children under 14 may only be uploaded by, or with the consent of, their parent or legal guardian, and children under 14 may not use the Service without that consent.
② All legal responsibility for third-party rights (likeness, copyright, trademark) in uploaded photos and resulting videos rests entirely with you. We have no obligation to verify the rights status of your uploads.
③ The following uses are prohibited and may result in refusal, cancellation (with refund), or suspension: sexualizing minors; deceptive or defamatory synthetic media; any use violating applicable law.
④ If we face third-party claims arising from your violation, you agree to indemnify us.
You may use successfully delivered videos freely, personally or commercially. We do not use your photos or videos for AI training or for our own promotion.
We may suspend the Service for maintenance or upstream AI-provider outages; unprocessed paid orders are refunded in full.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
