For a person, if the source dance is upper-body, your video is upper-body too. Your photo decides who is shown, the dance video decides how they move.

✅ Full-body photo — every dance works, footwork included
⚠️ Upper-body photo — the video is upper-body. Arm/torso dances only
❌ Face close-up — redrawn as a standing full body before dancing

✅ Standing, facing the camera · bright simple background · nothing in hands
⚠️ Sitting photos are redrawn standing, full body · side/back view · dark photos · face props like sunglasses clash with some dances

Upload a photo and Hamzzi checks it against these right away, and tells you what kind of video you'll get.

· If generation fails you get a full automatic refund (pass orders get the pass back)
· Generation starts right after payment, so cancelling afterwards is hard
· Once the video is delivered, change-of-mind refunds are limited as with other digital content
· Taste or satisfaction differences are not grounds for a refund (Terms §2). If it fails, we retry once, then refund in full
· If you proceed after the photo check or link review warned you (upper body, close-up, dark photo, camera movement, etc.), quality differences caused by that input are not eligible for refund or regeneration
· Purchased passes are refundable only within 7 days and only if none of that purchase has been used. Partially used, expired-window, or free bonus passes are not refundable (passes never expire)· Each video is paid per order. No prepaid credit
